What TPS do you guarantee?
We don't guarantee 20 TPS. What we guarantee is the CPU and RAM budget your plan lists. TPS depends on your plugins, mods, and player behaviour, all of which are within your control. We monitor MSPT per node and alert when we see stalls not caused by your workload.
Can I run heavy modpacks like ATM10 or RLCraft?
Yes. On Forge, Iron (10 GB) handles medium packs (up to ~30 mods) for 10-25 players. For heavy packs like ATM10 or RLCraft, start at Gold (16 GB). For packs like GT:NH with 50+ players, go Diamond, Netherite or Custom.
How does Bedrock / cross-play work?
Select Bedrock as your server type for a native Bedrock Dedicated Server, on the port your server is allocated. Cross-play between Java and Bedrock clients on one server means running Geyser and Floodgate on a Paper server, which you install and configure yourself over SFTP. We do not preinstall it.
When do I need a proxy?
If you run multiple servers (lobby, survival, minigames) and want players to switch between them without disconnecting, you need a proxy. It sits in front of your servers and routes players. One IP, multiple worlds.
How does billing work?
You pay on the 1st for the month you just finished using, via Stripe, incl. VAT. You only pay for the days the server ran. If you upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle it's automatically prorated on that month's invoice.
Do you manage my server for me?
Not by default, you stay admin. If you want us to handle mod troubleshooting, performance tuning or migration, that's on-demand at a fixed quote you approve before we start. The plan price is the plan price.
Do you include a panel with TPS viewer, modpack installer, etc.?
No. You get full SFTP access and complete control. No extra panels in the way.
