What tickrate do you run?
GMOD defaults to 66 tick, but heavier gamemodes like DarkRP typically run at 33 tick due to addon load. Lighter modes (TTT, Murder, Sandbox) can sustain 66. We guarantee the CPU budget to keep your tickrate stable regardless of the setting.
How do Workshop addons work?
Set your Workshop collection ID in the server config and addons auto-download on startup. Players joining your server pull the same collection through Workshop, so your addons land without any manual steps. Content outside a Workshop collection is on you to distribute.
Can I run a heavy DarkRP with 100+ addons?
Yes. The Rebel plan (6 GB) handles most DarkRP setups for 40-60 players. Elite (8 GB) is the safe bet past 60 players with heavy custom content. For massive servers with 100+ addons and 128+ players, go Overlord or Custom.
Can I migrate my existing server?
Yes. Upload your server files via SFTP, point your Workshop collection, and you're live. If you need help migrating databases (DarkRP money, ranks, bans), reach out and we'll walk you through it.
How does billing work?
You pay on the 1st for the month you just finished using, via Stripe, incl. VAT. Nothing upfront, and you only pay for the days the server ran. If you upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle it's automatically prorated on that month's invoice.
Do you manage my server for me?
Not by default, you stay admin. If you want us to handle addon troubleshooting, performance tuning or migration, that's on-demand at a fixed quote you approve before we start. The plan price is the plan price.
Do I get full SRCDS access?
Yes. Full SFTP access, complete control over server.cfg, autoexec, Lua files, everything. We don't restrict console commands or lock you into a web panel. It's your server.
